Our Affizes did not end before Saturday afternoon. The following prifoners were capitally convicted and received fentence of death, viz, Emma Vernon, for riotoufly affembling with other perfons above the number of twelve, and continuing together for one hour after Proclamation, at Lane End; Zacharia Edwards for robbing Richard Davis on the highway; William Hyde alias Lowe; for a burglary in the dwelling houfe of Joseph Coley; **George Owle** for ftealing a bay gelding, the property of James Bradshaw; and
Zachariah Edwards and Emma Vernon are to be executed on Satuday the 30th inst; but the others were reprieved before the Judge left the town.
