1119 A Rebecca Boulstridge was found here this appears to be her family.
At her marriage in 1883 to John Thomas Potter here father was quoted as Frederick Boulstridge.
********************************************************
This rebecca consistantly says she was born in 1833
The IGI shows a baptism at St Pancras of a Rebecca Bouldstridge Parents Frederick and Mary 24 JUL 1828 this has caused confusion in the past as it is before the marriage date. Note the St Pancras IGI finishes at 1832. If this is her family her Brother Edmund was born in the Workhouse at St Pancras. NB in 1828 Frederick Boul(d)stridge was convicted of Larceny at the Old Bailey and sentenced to 3 months. See his own notes for details.

Pallot's Marriage index lists the following marriage
1826 Rebekah Bouldstridge = Wm Lidgett at Holborn St Andrew
In the 1861 census Rebecca's first husband James Bevan has a Rebecca Lidgett in his household listed as Mother-In-Law.

Ie the Rebeka Bouldstridge father Frederick (from marriage details) aged 8 in 1841was living with William Lidgett who married a Rebecca Bouldstridge in 1826.

From the 1861 Census (see Notes James Bevan) Rebecca Lidgett (Boulstridge) is listed as James Bevan's Mother-in-Law. This seems to suggest that Rebecca Bevan is Rebecca Lidget's Daughter.

1120 A rumor about how Buffalo got its name is that the Bragdons and Bolstridges, of the community?s original settlers, came from Buffalo, NY. No geneology buff of those families has been able to establish that as a fact. Two brothers from the original Bolstridge family that migrated from Bristol, England, to Saint John's, New Brunswick, in about 1820, eventually moved over into Ashland and Masardis in the 1840s. The son Albert of one of those brothers moved into the north end of Portage in 1878 and married into the Bragdon family who already lived there.

Albrighton, Thomas (I16)

1132 After six months in Dublin, the headquarters moved to Carlow in the February, with the troops dispersed increasingly over the entire south of the country. The reason for the dispersal was that Napoleon had escaped from Elba and his landing in France had required other regiments from Ireland. By the summer, the 4th Dragoons were the only regiment left in the country.
In November, the headquarters moved to new barracks in Cahir, where they stayed until 1819, when it moved to Cork.
