Joseph Cheatle of Ratcliffe Culey, My son in law Thomas Worthington trustee for my two children Joseph and Sarah Cheatle. My wife Mary to be Executor. Witnessed by Silvester Vincent, Richard Cheatle and William Farmer. Probate Granted to Mary Cheatle Widow 2 Oct 1749 sole executrix.
N.B. Thomas Worthington married Ann Cheatle at Baxterley on 17 June 1736.
N.B. there is no burial entry for Joseph Cheatle at either Ratcliffe or Sheepy. There is however a burial on April 25 1749/50 of Richard Cheatle at Sheepy Magna.
