To son Valentine : Crops, Stock Profit lying in the Open fields of South Croxton. My close and House.
To Son George : (bequest re lands but indecipherable at this point) Fifty Pounds to be paid one year after my death.
To Daughter Alice : Fifty Pounds One year after my death. Plus goods to the value of Twenty Marks.
