Sampson Wase, brother of Margaret, binds himself in the sum of 200 pounds to Thomas Fox that Margaret " Shall not hereafter at any time surrender, yield up, or otherwise depart with her estate or interest (or any part thereof) in that messuage or tenement and two yardlands with the appurtenance and all other customary lands and tenements of the said Thomas Fox, in Wigston Magna aforesaid now being tenure or occupation of Thomas Fox or his assignee or assignees, or any part therof unless it be some or one of the children of the said Henry Fox " .
